Managing Director, Keith Ranson, born and bred in Torpoint, founded the company on providing a first class service with highly competitive fees; to date the same remains! Keith currently employees 14 members of staff, 11 full time and 3 part time, who bring with them a wealth of local knowledge throughout South East Cornwall and Plymouth, and are highly experienced and qualified in their professions.

R House Estate Agents was founded in December 2005 with the opening of its South East Cornwall branch in Torpoint. January 2007 saw the opening of the second branch of R House Estate Agents in the cosmopolitan city of Plymouth with both a residential sales and lettings department. In August 2007 a second branch was opened in Torpoint specialising only in lettings and in January 2008 in the upmarket suburbs of Plymouth, namely Plymstock, saw yet another residential sales office open.
Other unique features of R House that set them apart from other Estate Agents are their state of the art computer software package that they have just invested in which ensures that clients properties are matched and sold in optimum time; all properties that they market feature on not just one property portal, like most estate agents, but on in excess of 30 other websites to include Sunday Times Online, Channel4 Properties, Primelocation, etc; a dedicated sales chasing department whose sole responsibility is to ensure once your property has been sold, then it will proceed through to exchange and completion as smoothly as possible; they are also members of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents which ensures not just the highest standards of service are delivered at all times but all properties benefit from marketing in the Guild’s Park Lane, London office and via the other 600 + other associated Guild Members Offices.
