These may vary from client to client depending upon requirements. There are however usually three main levels of service.
 What about our fees and charges?
This depends upon the service you ask us to provide and the number of properties you hold. We will however agree these with you when you decide to use our services and these will be set out in our Terms of Business. We will also tell you if there are any additional charges which occur whilst the property is let.
What is included in our fees and charges?
Depending on which level of service you choose our fees will include the following:
Marketing of your property in the local press, on our selected websites and through our list of prospective corporate and private tenants

Accompanying prospective tenants viewing a property

Credit referencing prospective tenants

Preparation of tenancy agreements

Preparation of an inventory.

Collection of rent and payment direct into your bank account

Payment of repair bills

Monthly statement of income and expenditure

Regular inspections of the property

Check-out tenants at the end of their tenancy ensuring the property is left in a satisfactory condition and to notify utility companies.
